Το Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα Καραόκε είναι ο μεγαλύτερος διαγωνισμός ερασιτεχνικού τραγουδιού στον κόσμο. Οι προκριματικοί αγώνες διεξάγονται ταυτόχρονα σε περίπου τριάντα διαφορετικές χώρες, όπου χιλιάδες τραγουδιστές προσπαθούν να φτάσουν στους δικούς τους εθνικούς τελικούς και τελικά στους τελικούς του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου. Το KWC είναι ο μεγαλύτερος και μακροβιότερος διεθνής διαγωνισμός καραόκε στον κόσμο. Για περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια, χιλιάδες τραγουδιστές συμμετέχουν ετησίως στους διαγωνισμούς KWC των χωρών τους και οι καλύτεροι εκπροσωπούν τις χώρες τους στους απαιτητικούς και ανταποδοτικούς τελικούς του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου. 

Το Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα Καραόκε είναι ένας διαγωνισμός ταλέντων υψηλής ποιότητας που αναδεικνύει καλούς τραγουδιστές σε εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο. Ο διαγωνισμός ξεκίνησε στη Χαϊνόλα το 2003 και από τότε το παγκόσμιο πρωτάθλημα διεξάγεται σε διάφορες τοποθεσίες όπως π.χ. Στη Μπανγκόκ, τη Μόσχα, το Killarney της Ιρλανδίας, το Ελσίνκι, τη Στοκχόλμη, τη Σιγκαπούρη, το Βανκούβερ, το Τόκιο και τον Παναμά. Ο τελικός του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου 2024 θα διεξαχθεί στο Venue Logomo στο Τούρκου της Φινλανδίας από τις 7 έως τις 12 Οκτωβρίου.
